The kitchen provides ample counter space for whipping up and serving the fresh catch of the day, or, there's everything you need for an outdoor BBQ, including a gas grill and covered deck space. A large screen TV, WIFI and a great room offer endless opportunities to sit back, relax, play board games, or enjoy family movie or game night. Overall a very nice experience. Easy walk over to the beach and the house was comfortable with everything needed. There are four bedrooms, one with a King, one with a Queen, one with two doubles, and one with four bunk beds. The kitchen and living space were well arranged and the deck was nice to sit out on. The location is good for our purposes although groceries are ~15 min away. The house was in good condition and well suited for families with kids. There are no beach amenities available to borrow from the house, no chairs, boogeyboards, umbrellas, etc. so be sure to bring your own. The garage itself is locked and unavailable for tenants so all our beach stuff just laid around outside at night. The outside shower needs a privacy barrier and a little work on the pipes. The neighbor behind the house is related to the owner and keeps an eye on the place. We went to nearby Virginia Beach Watersports a couple times and they were great, very friendly and helpful.- Matthew P. from Dublin, Posted: 07/10/2023
