At Last 209A: Ocean View & Bay Sunsets

We had a lovely stay at the 3 bedroom Ocean View Condo that we rented. It was clean, comfortable and incredibly well stocked in the kitchen area as well as the many towels provided for the bathrooms. The only small disappointment that we had was pigeons nesting, under the coffee table, on the balcony. Not only were they messy with their body waste, but straw was strewn all over the balcony and it was difficult to clean up. The balcony was huge, so we were able to set on the half that had a tall table & chairs. We were there for 7 days and did enjoy watching the baby pigeons come out from under for food from 'mommy'! All in all, it was an excellent place to 'chill' and we would definitely like to rent the same place again in future.

Perfection
Beautiful setting. Immaculately clean and felt like home. Well stocked in kitchen lots of room to enjoy indoors and outdoors. Our third time staying in this unit, with more in the future.

The ladies at Ocean Sands Realty were very kind, professional and thorough. The condo was absolutely perfect, well equipped kitchen, nice furnishings, nice sized bedrooms and nicely decorated .

Great Condo
Enjoyed our week “At Last”. Well furnished, all the accessories needed. Beautiful condo. Liked the binoculars to watch the ships. We had issues that were resolved by Kirk. Could not figure out the TV. Wanted to watch cable and could not. The LG remote has the input button at the bottom right which we did not see until the third day. Suggestion: have a sheet with TV instructions and a list of what is available (these are thing we were not aware of: chairs in outside storage, location of pools, code to get into the gym.) We figured all this out, but suggest a list in the condo would be helpful. Kirk was on top of maintenance issues. On site staff was there on Monday to clean up the complex. The pool in bldg was not open, but the one in bldg B was open. Overall we loved the condo and hope to stay there again.

Fantastic
Beautiful property with lovely beach view. The balcony area has seating for meals or sitting area for relaxing and watching the spectacular sunsets. So comfortable and clean with the all the comforts of home. We have been 3 times and will continue to choose this unit

The condo was exactly how the pictures showed! It was clean and spacious. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and had everything you would want or need! Beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. We spent a lot of time on it enjoying our evenings. On the downside, the condominium complex was disappointing. The pool and hot tub were closed and the buildings could use a little general cleaning and maintenance. Overall, we would stay at this condo again.

Perfect Getaway Spot!
This unit was cozy, upkept, and exactly what my family was looking for. We really wanted a unit with a balcony view of the Ocean and this unit delivered. The kitchen was fully stocked which came in handy for family dinner nights. The maintenance staff moved quickly to assist. We also enjoyed how personal the property management runs this unit. They texted and called prior to our arrival and answered all the questions we had throughout our stay. We look forward to staying here again next year!

The property was in very good condition and fit our families needs. Although, when we checked in, there was A LOT of sand in certain rooms and piles in closets. The rental did mention there were beach chairs and other beach items in the outdoor closet, there was nothing. I understand people probably take them, but this should be assessed after each rental and holding the renters accountable. I would have rather known this beforehand and brought our chairs, rather than spend additional unnecessary money to buy new of something we already had. The pool in our building was closed until the last day we were there, which was a big bummer. We were texted this 1 day prior to coming. The site did mention about the possibility of it being closed, but the timeline was not accurate. The kitchen was stocked well. Wish we had 2 towels per person, that would have made things easier. Also, would have been nice to have 3 keys since there are 3 bedrooms. For clarification for renters, they should be told there are 2 parking spaces provided, but only 1 is guaranteed. The first day we were there, we could not get the 2nd parking spot, because they were all taken. Great ocean and bay views from the room! As for the property management company, everyone was very responsive, but the girl who I picked up the keys/packet from was not super polite/helpful. Everyone else... great! All in all... we had a good time, just wished some things could have been different.
