Walk out your front door and have your toes in the sand within a 3 minute walk. Inside this newly redone beach home, you love the hard wood floors, bright beachy colors, and the brand new kitchen with glowing granite counters, new stainless steel appliances, and glass tile backsplash. Just off the kitchen is a wide deck off the front of the home for outside dining and lounging, offering a peak of the ocean! Themed bedrooms make it so much fun for everyone! Three bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms down include and a day bed so everyone can kick back and relax. Also downstairs is a room off the pool with an additional TV and day bed for fun after the sun! The extra spacious master suite upstairs offers beautiful king bed with private ensuite bath and it's own private deck over-looking the bay, sure to keep Mom and Dad relaxed and happy too. Enjoy a quiet evening on the deck or enjoy a quiet movie from bed on the large mounted flat screen. You'll find TV's in all the bedrooms and another large flat screen in the family room for gathering together and watching your favorite TV shows. Local cable is provided for your viewing pleasure. Don't forget your laptops and gadgets. High speed WIFI is provided for you as well. Downstairs offers two very large adjoined bedrooms and another full bath with access to the pool and ground floor and outdoor spaces, as well as the laundry room. With plenty of room for everyone to come together or spread out, your whole family is sure to enjoy Beach Side Bliss.

Linen Package Includes: Sheets and pillowcases for all beds, 1 terry style bath mat for each bathroom, and bath sets for 15 guests. Bath set includes, 1 body towel, 1 face/ hand towel, & 1 washcloth. If you need extra blankets, pillows, or kitchen towels, please bring them with you. Beds will be made for you, the day you arrive. Check in is no earlier than 3 pm Check out is no later than 10 am. Our office hours are Mon- Sat 9 am to 5 pm. Check in is at our office between 3 and 5pm. We close at 5pm so please be here before 5pm. Homes are furnished and decorated to the individual Owner's taste. Beds come with bed spreads or quilts, and pillows, King, Queen, and Full size beds, come with two pillows, twins and trundles come with one.
