PLEASE NOTE: This condominium does all work during the off season.

3 Swimming Pools (open mid-May to mid-September), and 2 Fitness Centers.
PLEASE NOTE: THE SANCTUARY PLANS TO OPEN ITS POOLS AND FITNESS CENTER MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND (5/27/2023) THROUGH OCTOBER 1, 2023. THE CONDO ASSOCIATION HAS THE RIGHT TO CLOSE THE POOLS AT ANY TIME AND WE ARE UNABLE TO CONTROL THIS. COULD BE CONSTRUCTION, WEATHER, REPAIRS, ETC. All properties come with central air, a washer, and a dryer. We also provide linens and bath towels to suit the number of guests per property. Free WIFI. Limit 2 Parking Passes Per Unit. No Smoking (only in designated garage areas) and No Pets allowed.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at the Santuary penthouse. One of our biggest complaints and disappointments was not being informed that the building A's pool and hot tubs were closed and they were an eye sore as you walked to your room each day. Yes the cabana and building B's pool were open but they were very small and very limited seating.I even sent a message asking if the pictures on the website reflected the room and amenties and I was reassured it was the same. We love the beach but it is nice to end the day at pool. The Cabana was a good open for lunch but I would highly recommend Jose Tequila for lunch and dinner. The food,service and the margaritas were outstanding!The Baja was a nice atmosphere at night for music and drinks but we were not a fan of the food. Another great find and I would highly recommend was Shorebreak Outfitters tent rental for the beach. Great vacation!!
The condo was incredible! Very spacious and extremely clean. Owners provide a ton of dishes, pots, and every cooking gadget you can think of in the kitchen! Decor was super cute beach theme and the view of the bay was breathtaking. We got lucky and could even see the fireworks from our balcony. This stay was a dream. We loved everything about this vacation. The balcony bayside views were beautiful. The unit had such cute decor and was extremely clean. It was clear it has been upkept and is under great care. We loved being right on the beach and having access to three pools. We enjoyed the cabana for lunch and Mexican for dinner most nights. The kitchen was well stocked and the market down the street was convenient. The entire process working with each of the staff members was great. They were kind and efficient.
